Need to book a job while on the phone or in person with a customer? Here’s how to manually add a booking directly into your ClickRez calendar:
✅ Step 1: Start a New Booking
- Go to Actions → Create BookingOR
- Go to Calendar → Create Booking
✅ Step 2: Add Customer Info
- Select New Customer or Existing Customer
- Enter their Name, Email, and Phone Number
✅ Step 3: Select the Service
- Choose the service (ex: Window Tinting)
- Select film type, shade percentage, or skip and fill that later
- Enter vehicle year, make, and model (ex: 2015 Alfa Romeo 4C Spider)
✅ Step 4: Choose Date & Time
- Pick a time slot on your calendar (ex: 10:00 AM)
✅ Step 5 (Optional): Send Deposit Invoice
