ClickRez lets you automate text messages to customers for every step of the booking process. Here’s how to set it up and customize:
✅ Step 1: Access SMS Settings
- Go to Services → Checkout Session → SMS
✅ Step 2: Review and Customize Each SMS Event
You’ll see a list of automated SMS triggers you can edit:
- Order Complete: Sent when you mark a job complete
- Order Cancelled: Sent when a booking is canceled
- Order Placed: Sent when a customer books
- Upcoming Appointment Reminder: Sent before the appointment (you choose the timing)
- Invoice Ready: Sent when an invoice is created
- Invoice Paid: Sent after payment — perfect spot to drop a Google Review link

- Edit the message text for each event
